Facilities and Operations is responsible for overseeing all equipment and facilities within the School. This includes procurement of new and replacement equipment, routine and preventative maintenance on all equipment, emergency response to building and equipment critical issues, and maintenance of the School’s offices, research, and clinical operations. Additionally, this office includes Instrument Management Services/Central Store Management overseeing central sterilization services; and the purchase, maintenance and distribution of instrumentation used in the delivery of patient care. The IMS Manager co-chairs the Infection Control and Instrument Management Selection Committees, and Director of Facilities and Operations chairs the Safety Committee.
