Nandita Mukhopadhyay has been part the Center for Craniofacial and Dental Genetics since December 2010. She is a scientific programmer and statistical analyst for the Orofacial Cleft and Oral Health studies, and has been closely involved in the operations of CCDG's high-performance computing cluster right from the day it was installed.
Nandita received her master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, and her Ph.D. in Human Genetics from the Graduate School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh. When away from her computer, Nandita likes to dabble in landscaping, gardening, bonsai, home remodeling, cooking and baking.
