Professional Opportunity: Verber Family Dentistry is looking for a full time and a part time general dentist. Associates are welcome, but pathways to partnership are open and established for ownership minded individuals.

The partners’ ownership carries through all practices, including the specialty centers, so that teamwork is fostered among doctors. After 1-3 years of associateship a letter of intent for a buy in can be offered, setting the stage for a one year partnership transition. Of the last 14 full time associates, 9 have become partners and 3 are now letter of intent holders. We proudly have achieved an 86% associate to partner conversion rate. Partners in the dental group also have the opportunity to build wealth as qualified investors in ancillary business entities, including real estate.
