Established Family Practice Seeking Full Time or Part Time General Dentist Dr. Albin Susek Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is recruiting a full-time or part-time general dentist for their family-owned and operated practice. About Our Practice Our established practice has served northeastern Pennsylvania for four decades. We provide general restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, surgical, and cosmetic care. Advanced surgical, endodontic, and periodontal work is referred to our network of accomplished specialists. Our clinical team manages four operatories. Two are dedicated to two full-time dental hygienists. The other two are utilized by the dentist and assistant. Daily, we schedule 14 prophy patients and on average 16 patients for treatment and delivery. Our current procedural delivery is approximately 80% restorative, 13% surgical, 6% prosthodontic, and 1% endodontic services. This may change based on your clinical preferences. Practice administration and analysis is managed by two full time staff. This year we converted to Curve Dental, a full-service, cloud-based practice management system. We are experiencing a period of growth and adapting our systems for continuous improvement. We accept cash patients and all major private and government insurances. Our Patients Our practice proudly cares for long-term, multigenerational patients and their families. Our patients live primarily in Nanticoke, Wilkes-Barre, Hanover Township, and the surrounding communities. Although we see mostly adults, we provide preventative care to children as young as one year. Candidates Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional with broad general dentistry interests. New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive the desired level of support and mentorship during your transitional period. You will have the independence to create treatment plans or refer patients for specialized care. There are no quotas or performance metrics limiting the level of care you provide. PNC Bank Stadium is home to the New York Yankees Triple-A team, the RailRiders. Our office is minutes from ranked Lake Lehman and Dallas School Districts.
