Seeking a dental hygienist to join out friendly, female owned dental practice on Wednesdays 8-3pm with the possibility of additional days in the future. The office is in the heart of Oakmont and is a modern, all digital practice with one hour hygiene appointments and a stable patient base.
The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. Will to train new graduates.
Duties:
-Perform dental cleanings and assist with procedures as needed
-Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
-Conduct patient assessments and charting
-Maintain accurate patient records
-Follow infection control protocols
-Use aseptic technique during procedures
-Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
-Assist with Eaglesoft software
-Ensure compliance with medical records regulations
-Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
-State licensure as a dental hygienist
-Strong understanding of infection control practices
-Excellent patient assessment skills
-Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus
-Familiarity with medical records management
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
