About the Role:
Our Associate Orthodontist role will work in our modern, high-tech practice to support existing patients and contribute to continued growth. You’ll put your expertise to use creating beautiful smiles and meaningful relationships with our community.
As a leader in our practice, you’ll engage in opportunities to identify areas for potential practice growth, the development of team members, the adventure of building relationships, and confidently roll up your sleeves in critical thinking situations!
You should enjoy working with others, feel comfortable with your own growing processes, and be able to foster trust as others develop within your leadership. You’ll connect with other doctors in the area, establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships.
This full-time position includes:
$1,700 daily rate, workdays typically M-Th, reimbursement for orthodontic related CE, professional coaching included, 401K and health insurance, American Association of Orthodontics and North Carolina Dental Society memberships paid by practice.
