A wonderful opportunity to join a busy, successful family practice in Butler that has served the community for over 40 years! We are seeking an ambitious, personable, skilled associate dentist who would like the opportunity to eventually become a long-term partner/co-owner. Fully digital, including charting, 3-D CBCT and digital impression taking. We currently have 3 doctors (2 of which are retiring). Our other doctor is looking for a long-term partner to be a co-owner. We provide almost all dental services, including implant placement, restorative, fixed and removable prostheses, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetic and in-office whitening procedures, and Reveal clear aligner system. The practice owns the building , which consists of seven operatories, 3 for hygiene and 4 for operative procedures. We are fully private, NOT associated with any kind of DSO.
The position includes a 3, 4 or 5-day work week (your choice!) that would range between 27-45 hours per week. NO evenings or weekends. Highly competitive compensation based on number of work days per week. Benefits include paid holidays, 401k (4% employer match), all CE courses, malpractice and licensing fees are covered by the practice. Previous experience in private practice or completion of a general practice residency is recommended.
