We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in providing high-quality dental hygiene services. You will play a critical role in patient care by delivering preventative treatments, educating patients on oral health, and working closely with the dental team to ensure a comfortable and professional environment.
Responsibilities
1. Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, including dental charting and periodontal charting.
2. Clean and polish patients' teeth to remove plaque, tartar, and stains.
3. Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene and provide recommendations for maintaining oral health.
4. Take dental X-rays for diagnostic purposes.
5. Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride.
6. Work closely with dentists to develop care plans for patients.
7. Maintain accurate patient records and chart findings during examinations.
8. Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patients.
9. Provide post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene strategies to patients.
10. Monitor patient comfort during treatment and provide appropriate care.
Working Days and Hours:
1. Mondays: 9 am - 5 pm
2. Tuesdays: 9 am - 6 pm
3. Wednesdays: 10 am - 7 pm
4. Thursdays: 8 am - 4 pm
5. One Saturday per month

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a licensed Dental Hygienist.
2. License: Must hold a current dental hygienist license in good standing.
