Dr. Luigi Mancinelli, Senior Postdoctoral Associate of the INTINILAB at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, recently published a new method for processing bone tissues using Spatial Transcriptomics and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) techniques. In his paper "Methods to Enable Spatial Transcriptomics of Bone Tissues,” published in the Journal of Visualized Experiment (JoVE), Dr. Mancinelli describes his newly developed protocols to study bone and bone cancer using these novel technologies.
