Giuseppe Intini, DDS, MS, PhD, associate professor in the Pitt Dental Medicine Department of Periodontics and Preventive Dentistry, has been awarded a grant from Pittsburgh Cure Sarcoma to support his project “Generation and maintenance of novel transgenic immunocompetent osteosarcoma mouse lines".
The project aims to use a multi-fluorescent mouse model of osteosarcoma to perform single cell RNA sequencing analysis of fluorescent osteogenic-like cells isolated from circulation of mice with osteosarcoma lung metastases.
